²⁶ So we must take our animals with us; not a hoof will be left behind. We have to use some of the animals to worship the Lord our God. We won’t know exactly what we will need to worship the Lord until we get there.”

²⁷ But the Lord made the king stubborn again, so he refused to let them go. ²⁸ Then he told Moses, “Get out of here, and don’t come again! The next time you see me, you will die.”
